You are possible! Your dreams are within your reach...
are you willing to work for them?

The Unlimit Your Dreams Mission

I want to help others who have put limits on who they can be or what they can do, because I know what it’s like to tell yourself you’re not good enough, smart enough, or whatever enough to become who you want, who you know you can be.  I stand for the people who are ready to take back control and break through the limits they have set upon themselves.  I believe developing a strong foundation of health and fitness will bring about a new vitality and confidence, which will allow people to accomplish what they have dreamed of doing or being.  By providing support, motivation and tough love, my goal is to inspire and empower others to crush their self-imposed limits.  This will allow them to become the person they have dreamed of being and to live the extraordinary, fulfilling life they’ve always dreamed of having.  It’s not impossible, it’s I’M POSSIBLE!

Meet Coach Traci

Hi, I’m Traci.  I live in beautiful northern Minnesota with my husband, our son and our furbabies.  And, my mom lives with us too…which is a great help during any of the various sports seasons that my son is in.

I was a chubby kid, briefly thinned out in my early 20’s and then started on my roller coaster ride with my weight and a love-hate relationship with myself and food.  In August of 2016, I had finally had it with myself and decided to make my health and fitness a priority…for me and my family!

I am a work in progress…in many ways.  I am working towards a healthier and fit lifestyle, being more organized (actually just being organized!) and living the extraordinary, fulfilling life I’ve dreamed of having!

I’ve put limits on myself that prevent me from reaching goals I desired and also prevented me from achieving my dreams.  While the limits are pretty simple, they have a very powerful effect on my mind.

Here are some of the limits I had set on myself and have crushed (or am in the process of crushing):

  • I don’t have enough willpower to eat healthy; I’ll cave in and eat junk food.
    • I allow myself some indulgences without guilt, but eat clean and healthy 80% of the time.
  • I’m not a morning person, I can’t get up an extra 30-40 minutes early to fit in a workout.
    • I prefer to do morning workouts because I don’t have to worry about getting my workout in all day.  MOST days I do get up early and my workout in.  Even if it means going to work without makeup…the workout is more important than makeup!  However, there are some days when I just can’t get out of bed in the morning and end up with an after work workout.
  • I’m too shy and introverted to be a coach and start my own business to help others crush their own limits.
    • Oh, this one is SO SCARY for me!!  Putting myself out there…telling people “Hey, I’m working towards a healthier lifestyle.”  Not to mention, I was having to take photos of myself.   EEEEEK!!!!  After years of avoiding the camera, I was having to get my photo taken.
  • I’m not finished with my own journey yet…who would want to follow a middle aged plus size woman?
    • To help keep myself accountable, I started posting to about my efforts to life a healthier lifestyle on Facebook.  I was astonished by the amount of feedback I received stating I was inspiring and motivating them to get healthier!
